Return Process

All rented items from Aromaaecraftal must be returned according to the terms specified in your rental agreement. We provide pickup services for your convenience, or you may return items to our location during specified hours.

Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return date to arrange pickup or drop-off.

Return Condition

Rented items must be returned in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear. Items should be clean and free from damage. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in charges for repair or replacement.

Return Timing

Items must be returned by the date and time specified in your rental agreement. Late returns may result in additional rental fees. Please contact us in advance if you need to extend your rental period.

Damage Assessment

Upon return, all items will be inspected for damage. We will assess any damage and determine if repair or replacement is necessary. You will be notified of any charges within 48 hours of item return.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your rental before the rental period begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation, as specified in your rental agreement.

Refunds

Refund policies will be specified in your rental agreement. Generally, refunds are not available for completed rentals, but we may consider refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframe.
